One thing I have noticed lately with some of my affiliate based websites is that my Neverblue Ads offers are converting almost the best right now.  What I mean by affiliate based is there only built to promote massive amounts of affiliate offers. I have one site with well over 70 offers on it, laid out in a very unique way. I built the site because I wanted to see what type of offers converted the best and how the networks were with this type of site. Pay Per Affiliate is the amount you get paid just by referring a new affiliate marketer to a network you are an affiliate of. Each network seems to have their own type of referral program with different incentives for sign ups.
